Illinois Joining Forces (IJF) is dedicated to collaborating with a statewide network of providers to help service members, veterans, and their families access the resources they need, when and where they need them. Through “Operation Connect Illinois” and “Operation Connect Illinois – CARES,” veterans are connected with federal, state, local, and community resources. The goal is to facilitate a holistic approach, ensuring that our Illinois veterans are able to enjoy the way of life they took an oath to protect.

Our mission is to bring together public, private, and government stakeholders to collaboratively support service members, veterans, and their families – to include caregivers and survivors – regardless of status. Navigating the “Sea of Goodwill” can be overwhelming, but with Illinois Joining Forces available to take your call 24/7/365, no Illinois veteran has to go it alone. With our ever-growing network of resource providers, Illinois Joining Forces knows that, “No one organization can do it all. But together we can do anything.”
